Joining Sorella

I am very pleased to share that I have joined Brad Scott as Client Director of Sorella, a specialist division within EWM Group  dedicated to women of influence, wealth, and legacy.

Over the years, I have come to notice that the most meaningful changes rarely feel sudden. They tend to arrive after a long period of quiet consideration, a sense that something is ready even before you can quite name it. That is how this decision has felt for me, and what stays the same is the thing that has always mattered most to me: the people I work with, and the trust they have placed in me.

Brad Scott has spent twenty years building EWM Group into one of Australia's most respected independent multi-family offices, with a reputation grounded in discretion, integrity, and genuine care for the families they work with. I have long admired that reputation from a distance, and I am pleased to now work alongside him. Sorella sits within the broader EWM Group structure, offering governance, education, philanthropic advice, investment advice, and succession support delivered with the depth of expertise and resourcing that only a firm of EWM's standing can provide. I look forward to working with Brad and his trusted team.

Sorella is the Italian word for sister. It is a fitting name. I grew up in an Italian family where women looked after women, where kitchen tables held as many hard conversations as celebrations, and showing up for each other was simply what you did. That spirit, of women supporting women through whatever life brings, is exactly what I will bring into this role.

For me, Sorella is a natural extension of the work I care deeply about; helping women build clarity, confidence, and connection around their wealth, whether they are navigating a big change or simply want a trusted partner to help them steward and grow what they have built. The questions underneath the technical financial work are often the same. Who do we trust? What matters most? How do we look after each other? I am grateful to now bring the depth of EWM's family office capability into that conversation, alongside the understanding of multi-generational families, and rural and regional life, that has always shaped how I work.

I look forward to continuing serving my existing clientele, and meeting new Sorella clients as this expansion of my service offering now allows.
