Grounded in place, people, and family systems

I grew up in Far North Queensland, in an Italian family where reputation mattered, loyalty ran deep, and people valued straight talk. In small communities, relationships endure, stories travel, and trust is built over time - through consistency and presence.

That upbringing still shapes how I work today: calm, direct, and grounded in respect for family systems, regional dynamics, and long-term stewardship.

I understand the realities of regional life - the interdependence, the visibility, the history that underlies family decisions, and the weight that succession and inheritance can carry across generations.

How I work

Clients often reach out to me when something shifts unexpectedly and they need help making sense of what comes next.

I work as an advocate and steady presence, helping clients:

  • slow things down

  • make sense of complexity

  • understand the human and financial forces at play

  • and move forward in a way that aligns with their values and responsibilities

I work closely with families and alongside their trusted professional partners, including accountants and lawyers, ensuring decisions are thoughtful, coordinated, and well-paced.

This work is broader than traditional financial planning because it reflects the realities of clients' lives. When life is in transition, money is, too.
